David and Tanya Westrum serve with Interlink Ministries in Saltikovka Russia, a town near Moscow. After many years of training Christian leaders from all over Russia they are now working with a local group of believers called the Antioch network. This Network is working together to start new churches in Moscow and the surrounding towns.
